Find 5 to 10 hours a week. In 30 minutes.
I get on a call, find the work that is quietly eating your week, and send you a plan with the exact AI tools that give those hours back. It is free, and there is no pitch at the end of it.

This is your week. All 168 hours of it.
Every block is an hour. The ones lighting up are the kind I go looking for: work that repeats, work that waits on you, work a tool could have done.
- An hour of your week
- An hour I can usually give back
Three steps, and two of them are mine
You give me 30 minutes. I do the digging, the research, and the writing up.
We get on a 30 minute call
I ask about your week, your team, and the work that piles up. You do most of the talking.
I send your AI Action Plan
A custom written report matching every bottleneck to a specific tool, with cost, setup time, and hours saved.
You run it, or I build it
There is a 4 day plan you can do yourself, ten minutes a day. If you would rather I build it, we talk about that.
I am not pitching you. I am interviewing you.
Think of it as me riding along in the front seat of your business for half an hour. I want to see where the work actually goes. These are the questions that find it.
-
Walk me through your day yesterday. Hour by hour.
-
What are the tasks you genuinely dread doing?
-
Where does work pile up, and who does it pile up on?
-
What have you already tried to automate that failed?
-
If you could delete one process from your business forever, what would it be?
I deliberately do not prescribe anything live on the call. Off the top of my head advice is worth what you pay for it. I take the recording away, do the research properly, and come back with something you can act on.
What lands in your inbox afterwards
A written AI Action Plan, built for your business specifically. Not a template with your name pasted in the corner.
The summary
Your one or two biggest time drains, the hours a week you stand to reclaim, and which lever the fix pulls: more revenue, less time, or better quality.
Quick wins first
Everything sorted by effort against impact, so the high impact low effort items are unmissable. Those are the ones you do this week.
The actual tools
For each bottleneck: the specific tool that fixes it, what it costs, how long it takes to set up, and how many hours a week it gives back. Tools that already exist, nothing to build.
A 4 day quick start
One small action a day, about ten minutes each. Most of the value is live inside four days, which is the point. Plans nobody implements are worthless.
The money
Hours saved a week against your own hourly rate, minus what the tools cost. If that number is not worth your time, the plan will say so.
What I would build you
The bigger problems that off the shelf tools cannot solve, and what a custom system for each would actually look like. Only if it makes sense. No obligation attached to any of it.
I build these systems for a living
This is not a lead magnet written by someone who read about AI last month. The recommendations come out of actually having shipped this work.
- 14 Systems shipped and running in real businesses
- 8 Industries built inside, from ecommerce to healthcare
- Aug 2025 First system sold, still running today
Small businesses drowning in repetitive work
The audit is genuinely useful to most owners. It is most useful to these.
You have between 2 and 20 people
Big enough that things fall through cracks, small enough that you still feel every hour personally.
You know you're behind on AI
You have heard it could help. You have not had a spare afternoon to work out how, and everything you read is written for engineers.
The same work eats every week
Quoting, scheduling, chasing invoices, answering the same twenty emails. Work that has to happen and should not need you.
You'd rather buy than learn
You want the thing fixed, not a course on prompting. Everything I recommend already exists and is set up in an afternoon.
The things people ask first
Is it actually free, or is this a sales call?
Actually free. No card, nothing to cancel, and I do not put a price in front of you on the call. The reason it is free is honest and worth saying out loud: I would rather have twenty of these conversations than sell five reports. Some of the businesses I audit end up hiring me to build the bigger systems. Most do not, and that is fine, they still get the plan.
Do I need to be technical?
No, and it is better if you are not. You know your business, that is the part I cannot work out on my own. The plan is written in plain English with no jargon, because a plan you do not understand is a plan you will never run.
What kind of tools will you recommend?
Whatever genuinely fits, sized to your business. A four person landscaping company does not need enterprise software, and I will not recommend it. Where I earn a referral fee on a tool I say so in the plan, next to the recommendation.
How long until I get the plan?
A few days. I take the call recording, work through it properly, and research the current options rather than reaching for whatever I used last time. That research is most of the value, so I am not going to rush it.
What if I want you to build it instead?
Then we have that conversation, separately, after you have the plan. The last section covers the problems no off the shelf tool solves and what a custom build would look like. If you want to go ahead we scope it properly and price it. If you do not, nothing changes, the plan is still yours.
What happens to what I tell you?
The call gets recorded so I can work from it rather than from my notes, and I tell you that at the start. It is not shared with anyone, and it is not used for anything except writing your plan.
