Money comes in through Stripe, PayPal and app stores, and goes out on three cards and a bank account. Pulling it into one real number takes a weekend, so it doesn't happen, or it happens wrong.

Who it's for
Online businesses with money moving through several accounts, where the owner still closes the month by hand, or doesn't close it at all.
- It fits if you get paid through two or more of Stripe, PayPal and the app stores.
- It fits if business spend sits on a few cards, mixed with some personal spend.
- It fits if you pay team members or partners every month and track it in your head.
It's not for you if you already have a bookkeeper closing your books every month. Keep them.

Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me running it. On top of that, the secure bank link service, usually a few dollars a month, and AI usage for plain English questions bill to you directly. The monthly report itself doesn't need the AI.
How long does setup take?
About 14 days, including one real month closed with you.
What do I need from you?
Logins or API keys for Stripe, PayPal and your app store accounts, a few minutes to connect your bank and cards through the secure link, and your categories and personal spend list.
Is my bank login safe?
You connect your bank and cards yourself through Plaid, the same service most finance apps use. I never see your bank password.
Does it replace my accountant?
No. It gets you a clean, confirmed number every month. Your accountant still does taxes, and they'll thank you for the sheet.
