Most cold email dies before anyone reads it
Bought lists bounce, bounces wreck your sending reputation, and then every email lands in spam. The ones that do get through send once and never follow up, and the replies get lost in a shared inbox nobody checks.
Without it
- Lists full of dead emails that bounce and burn your domain.
- One email, then silence because the follow ups never fire.
- Replies buried in a tool you forget to log into.
- No idea what's working so every campaign starts from zero.
With it
- Every email verified before it's sent, and bad ones never get sent twice.
- The full sequence runs every lead gets every step unless they reply.
- Replies in your inbox the moment they land, plus a ping in Slack.
- A clear scoreboard sent, opened, replied, bounced, per campaign.
How it works
What lands in your inbox and Slack

- Where it wentForwarded to your inbox with the whole thread, ready to answer.
- LoggedAdded to your reply log with the campaign and step it came from.
- Scoreboard234 contacted, 74% opened, 2.6% replied, 0.14% bounced.

Who it's for
Businesses that sell to other businesses and can describe their buyer in one sentence. It works best when the buyer shows up on Google Maps or in a contact database, like trades, clinics, property managers or local services.
- It fits if one new client is worth a lot more than the monthly running cost.
- It fits if you can name the type of business and the area you sell to.
- It fits if you or someone on your team will answer replies the same day.
- It fits if you have a clear offer you can explain in three sentences.
It's not for you if you sell to consumers, or you need calls booked next week. Good cold email takes a few weeks to warm up and find its message.
Only need the lead lists, and you'll handle the emails yourself? That's the Lead Scraper, which finds and enriches the leads and stops there.
Already running

- 2.6% reply rate on the first campaign
- 0.14% bounce rate on that list
An energy broker in Spain launched to a verified list of property managers, in Spanish, from warmed inboxes. Every reply went straight to his own inbox, and I've run the same machine for my own outbound.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me running the system and looking after it. On top of that, the sending tool, your extra domains and inboxes, and the lead finding and verification tools bill to your own accounts. That total depends on how many emails a day you want to send, and I give you the exact number for your volume before we start.
How long does setup take?
14 days to build. Brand new inboxes need about two weeks of warmup before they send at full speed, and that runs alongside the build.
What do you need from me?
Who you sell to and where, your offer, any proof you're happy to use, a domain name you're OK buying lookalikes of, and someone to answer replies. I send an intake form for the rest.
Do you write the emails, or do I?
I do. You tell me who you sell to, what you offer and what proof you have, and I write the whole sequence. You review it and nothing sends until you sign off.
Does the AI answer the replies for me?
No. Replies come to you. A person answers, because a wrong answer to a warm lead costs more than a slow one.
