The call ends, the real work starts
Notes, tasks, a recap email, a CRM update, and somewhere in that call was a line that would have made a great reel. Most of it never happens, and the stuff that does happens three days late.
Without it
- Notes that live in your head The good stuff from the call is gone by your next meeting.
- To-dos nobody wrote down You said you'd send something over. Nobody remembers what.
- Follow-ups that slip You meant to send the recap that afternoon. It's been four days.
- Your best content stays on the call You said something great, then never cut it.
With it
- A summary in Slack What was said, what was decided and what's next, posted to your meetings channel.
- Tasks with context Every to-do from the call created in Notion on the right project, with who owns it.
- The follow-up drafted Recap, next steps and action items in your voice, so the ball lands in their court.
- Bangers ready to review The best moments cut into vertical reels, captioned, waiting for your thumbs up.
How it works
What lands in Slack after every call

- Needs youSend the proposal by Thursday, they asked for two options.
- Needs themTheir ad account access and last month's numbers.

- The dashboard revealYour screen share in the middle, their reaction underneath. Watch, Approve, Reject.
- ApprovedMoved to the Approved folder, caption written, download link in the thread.
- Recut on requestYou said "start two seconds later". The new cut is back in the thread.

Who it's for
Founders, consultants and agencies who are on calls all day and want every one of them to turn into progress, and into content.
- It fits if you take ten or more calls a week, sales or client.
- It fits if you record calls with a notetaker like Fathom, or are happy to start.
- It fits if you run your projects and leads in Notion and your team in Slack.
- It fits if you post short form and your calls have more good lines than your scripts do.
It's not for you if you rarely take calls. Want the lead confirmed and researched before the call too? That's Pregame. Only want the clipping part to run yourself? The Callback skill is free on my resources page.
Already running
- 165 calls captured and filed on their own
- 110 calls triaged without a prompt
- 106 reels cut from my own calls
This runs on every call I take. I built the triage because follow-ups were slipping, and the reel cutter after one clip from a sales call did 100,000 views.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me running it on my servers, the AI and the video rendering included. Your notetaker and your storage plan stay yours.
How long does setup take?
About 21 days. The first week is tuning the triage to how you work, the rest is the reel format and your privacy rules.
Does it send anything on its own?
No. Summaries and tasks are internal. Every follow-up is a draft you approve, and no reel ever posts itself.
What about the people on my calls?
You decide which calls get clipped. By default only sales calls are eligible, anyone can be set to faces hidden, and screen shares are blurred by default to keep client details out of your reels.
What do you need from me?
Your notetaker, Notion, Slack, Gmail, a storage folder for the clips, and five or six past calls so the triage and the reels match you.
