What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me hosting it and looking after it. On top of that, ManyChat Pro and the AI it uses bill to your own accounts, usually a modest amount that grows with how many DMs you get.
How long does setup take?
14 days. The first week is connecting your account and teaching it your business, the second is testing it on real conversations before it goes fully live.
What do you need from me?
Admin access to ManyChat on your Instagram, your offer and prices, your booking link, your free resources, and a few real DM threads so it learns how you talk. I send an intake form for the rest.
Will my friends and family get bot replies?
No. It only speaks to people who came in through your keyword or that you switch on yourself. Everyone else gets you.
