Your calendar is full of calls that were never going to buy
When anyone can book, you spend half your week on calls with people who can't afford you or wanted something else. The good leads get stuck behind them, and you can't tell which of your videos or posts actually sends buyers.
Without it
- Anyone can book so your calendar fills with the wrong calls.
- Two clunky steps a form, then a separate calendar, and people drop off in between.
- No idea what's working because nothing tracks where applicants came from.
- Wrong fits get nothing so they leave instead of buying something smaller.
With it
- One smooth flow landing page, short application, booking, done.
- Qualified people book the rest are sent to your course or free community.
- Every applicant in your CRM tagged with their answers and where they are in the process.
- Measured from day one you know your booking rate before and after.
How it works
What lands in your CRM
- Jordan · qualifiedBudget $2,000 plus, wants to write his own songs. Booked Thursday 3pm.
- Sam · courseBudget under $500. Sent to your self paced course instead of a call.
- Priya · free communityJust starting out. Invited to your free group.
- This week12 applied, 7 qualified, 6 booked.
Sample report, for illustration.
What you get
- Your landing pageWritten from your proof and your applicants' own words, on your own domain.
- The applicationShort, mobile first, with your qualifying questions and rules.
- Lead sortingYour rules decide who books, who gets the course and who gets the free option.
- Booking built inYour live calendar inside the page, connected to your CRM.
- Tracking and a before numberAnalytics on every page and a written report of your booking rate before launch.
- Plain English guide and walkthrough videoHow it works and how to change the questions or the rules.
- Fixes and updates includedAnything that breaks or needs tuning, I fix, for as long as you're on the monthly plan.
Who it's for
Coaches, consultants and service businesses that sell a high ticket offer on a call and already get applications or bookings from content. The more leads you already get, the more this pays off.
- It fits if you sell something that needs a call to close.
- It fits if you already get people booking, but too many aren't a fit.
- It fits if you have a lower priced or free option for people who aren't ready.
- It fits if you want proof of what changed, not just a nicer page.
It's not for you if you get no leads yet. This sorts traffic, it doesn't create it.
Already running
- 3 businesses I've built funnels for
- 50 applicants counted before one launch
- 15 test applications before go live
For a music coaching business I counted the before number first, 50 applicants and 19 booked calls, so the after number can't be argued with. A creator agency's onboarding funnel is live on its own domain.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me hosting the pages and looking after them. Your CRM and calendar stay whatever you already pay for.
How long does setup take?
21 days. The first few are measuring where you are today, then building, then testing it with real practice applications before anyone sees it.
What do you need from me?
Your offer, your proof and testimonials, your qualifying rules, access to your CRM and calendar, and a photo or two of you. I send an intake form for the rest.
Will it mess with my main website?
No. It goes on a subdomain like apply.yourdomain.com with one record added. Your main site and email stay exactly as they are.
Which CRMs does it work with?
It's built on GoHighLevel today. If you're on something else, ask me on the call and I'll tell you straight whether it fits.
