Leads book, then go quiet
Most leads never say no. They just stop answering, because nobody followed up at the right moment with something worth replying to.
Without it
- Empty call slots People book, forget, and never turn up.
- Half finished applications Someone starts your form, gets distracted, and you never hear from them again.
- Follow-up from memory You mean to text everyone after the call. You get to some of them.
- Texts that read like a blast The same message goes to everyone, and they can tell.
With it
- Reminded before the call Every booked lead gets a nudge before the call so it stays on their radar.
- Chased at the right moment Started the form, applied but didn't book, called but didn't close. Each gets its own short sequence.
- Follow-up that remembers the call The first text after a sales call talks about what you actually discussed.
- Replies answered for you When a lead texts back, the assistant answers from your own material and gets you when they're ready.
How it works
What lands in your Slack
- Ready to buyA lead replied "yes let's do it, send the agreement over."
- The whole threadEvery text both ways, so you know what was said before you jump in.
- Their detailsName, business name, email and phone, asked for in the chat and saved to the contact.
- Your moveLet the assistant keep going, write this one yourself from Slack, or stop it on this lead.
Sample report, for illustration.
What you get
- The sequencesBefore the call, didn't finish, didn't book, and after the call, built inside your CRM.
- The reply assistantAnswers in your voice from a knowledge doc we write together. It never texts a price, and it hands off when it should.
- Slack alerts with buttonsHot leads ping you, and you can take over any conversation in one tap.
- Safety switchesOpt-outs honoured, sending hours respected, and it goes quiet the moment you reply to a lead yourself.
- A plain English guideWhat it sends, when, and what to do if something looks off.
- A walkthrough videoEvery piece shown running on a test contact before it touches a real lead.
- Built into your CRMThe sequences live in your own CRM, and I host and watch everything around them.
Who it's for
Businesses that sell on a call and already have leads coming in. The leak isn't traffic, it's what happens between "I'm interested" and "I'm on the call" and between "let me think about it" and "yes".
- It fits if you sell a service or program through booked calls.
- It fits if leads text you back more than they answer email.
- It fits if you're losing people who started your form or booked and never showed.
- It fits if you already use a CRM like GoHighLevel, or are happy to.
It's not for you if you sell off a checkout page with no call, or you get a handful of leads a month. Booking on cal.com and want WhatsApp confirmations plus a scouting report on every lead? That's Pregame.
Already running
- 3 sales teams it's built for
- 25 sales calls one assistant learned its voice from
- 0 texts sent to a real lead before you say go
Built for a music coaching business, a video production agency and my own sales calls. Every install gets tested end to end on a test contact first, and nothing texts a real lead until the owner switches it on.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me running it and keeping an eye on it. On top of that, the texting, CRM and AI bills are yours, and they're usually small at normal lead volume.
How long does setup take?
About 14 days from getting access to it being ready for your go. Most of that is writing the knowledge doc and testing every path on a test contact.
What do you need from me?
Access to your CRM and calendar, a texting number, your call recordings if you use Fathom, and an hour to walk me through how you sell. I'll turn that into the knowledge doc the assistant answers from.
Will leads know it's an assistant?
It introduces itself as your assistant, not as you, and it admits it's an assistant if someone asks straight out. It never pretends to be you.
What if it says something wrong?
It only answers from your knowledge doc. Anything it can't answer, anything about price, and any real buying signal gets handed to you instead of guessed.
