Half of sales is what happens before the call
Someone books, then you either forget to remind them, or you remember and they still ghost. And when they do show, you're googling their website in the two minutes before you hit join.
Without it
- Reminder emails nobody opens They booked a week ago and forgot. You find out at the top of the hour.
- Winging the first five minutes You open their site right before the call and make it up from there.
- No-shows that just disappear Nobody follows up, so a lead who was ready to buy goes quiet for good.
- A CRM you fill in by hand Their form answers live in one email and their phone number in another.
With it
- Confirmed on WhatsApp A message 24 hours out with a yes button and a reschedule button, then one more an hour before.
- A scouting report waiting Who they are, what they answered, what they posted lately and the questions worth asking, on their CRM page.
- No-shows rebooked A personal note on WhatsApp and email with their own reschedule link, minutes after the miss.
- A CRM that fills itself Every booking lands as a lead with their answers, and your team hears about it in Slack.
How it works

- What they wantMore booked calls without hiring another setter.
- Questions to askFive probes in order, from their current numbers to what they tried last.
- Run of showThe five steps of the call, ending on one clear decision.
Sample report, for illustration.

Who it's for
Founders and sales teams who book calls on a calendar and lose deals to no-shows and cold starts. If your leads live on WhatsApp more than email, this is built for you.
- It fits if you take five or more booked calls a week.
- It fits if you book through cal.com, or are happy to switch.
- It fits if you keep leads in Notion, or are open to it.
- It fits if no-shows and forgotten follow-ups are where your deals leak.
It's not for you if you sell off a checkout page with no call. Want the after-call side handled too, the summary, tasks, follow-up and reels? That's Postgame.
Already running
- 132 leads in the CRM it writes to
- 2 WhatsApp reminders before every call
- 5 minutes from a no-show to the rebook note
Every sales call I book runs through this now. I built it after watching good leads book, forget, and never come back.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me hosting it and keeping it running. On top of that, the WhatsApp sender, Meta's per message fees and the AI bill to your own accounts, usually under $50 a month.
How long does setup take?
About 14 days. Most of it is Meta verifying your business and approving your message templates.
Does it reply to people on WhatsApp?
Never. It only sends the reminders and the no-show note. When someone replies, you answer from your own phone like you always do.
Can it message the wrong person?
No. Every send is locked to the phone number on that booking, uses an approved template, and stops at a daily cap. Anything that fails the lock gets blocked and flagged in Slack.
What do you need from me?
Your cal.com, your Notion, your Slack, your WhatsApp business number, and a couple of past calls so the brief matches how you sell.
