What counts as a "fix or small change"?
Bug fixes, broken integrations, config tweaks, small workflow adjustments, and keeping everything current on secure, supported versions. Net-new builds and automations are what the Fractional AI Engineer plan is for.
What happens if I cancel?
We migrate everything we built for you, fully documented, to a server of your choice. A one-time transfer fee, then it's entirely yours to run. No ongoing dependency on us.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Most clients start on Hosting & Maintenance and move up to Fractional AI Engineer once they see what's possible. You can also step down or transfer out any time.
Is this separate from what I already paid for the build?
Yes. Your original project fee covered the build. This plan covers keeping it alive, current, and hosted going forward, the same way you'd pay for hosting and support on any piece of software.
