Every login waits on one phone
Your team shares logins for Canva, Adobe, ChatGPT and the rest, and every login code goes to one person's phone. So everyone waits until that person stops what they're doing and reads the code out.
Without it
- One person is the bottleneck Every login code goes to the owner's phone.
- Work stops The team waits on a text back before they can start.
- Codes in group chats People paste codes where everyone can see them.
- No record Nobody knows who logged into what, or when.
With it
- Codes on demand Anyone on the team types one line in Slack.
- In about a second The code lands in their private messages right away.
- Private by default Only the person who asked sees the code, and the message deletes itself.
- A clean log A private channel shows who asked for which tool, never the code itself.
How it works
What lands in Slack
- Canva code482913, good for 18 more seconds.
- About to change? If the code is close to expiring, you get the next one too.
- LoggedThe admin channel shows who asked for Canva and when. Never the code.
- PausedIf an admin pauses codes, everyone gets a polite "codes are paused" instead.
Sample report, for illustration.

Who it's for
Small teams that share logins to a stack of tools, where one person gets every login code.
- It fits if your team shares logins to 5 or more tools.
- It fits if your team already works in Slack.
- It fits if one person gets pinged every time someone needs to log in.
It's not for you if every teammate already has their own login to every tool.
Already built
- 13 shared tools mapped on the first install
- 1 second from asking to getting the code
- 10 minutes until the code message deletes itself
Built for a video agency whose whole team waited on the founder's phone for every login. Every piece was tested end to end before a real account was touched.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me hosting it, watching it and fixing anything that breaks. There are no usage based tools on top.
How long does setup take?
About 7 days on our side. On yours, about five minutes per tool to switch it to authenticator app login and add it to the bot.
What do I need from you?
Admin access to your Slack, the list of shared tools, and an hour of the account owner's time to add each tool with me.
Is this safe?
It never holds your passwords, only what makes the codes, and that's encrypted. Only full members of your Slack can ask, every request is logged, and one command pauses everything.
What if someone leaves the team?
Remove them from Slack. From that moment they can't get another code. Change the shared passwords the way you would today.
