You already made the content, it just dies after one post
A reel you filmed on Monday is done by Wednesday. Turning it into a carousel and a newsletter is another afternoon you don't have, so it never happens, or your assistant writes something that doesn't sound like you.
Without it
- One post, one shot then it's buried in the feed for good.
- Blank page every week for the newsletter, even though you said it all on camera.
- Generic drafts that sound like a template, not like you.
- Hours retyping your own reel into slides and emails.
With it
- Paste a link straight from Instagram, no transcript needed.
- Carousel text in seconds every slide written, you add your own photos.
- Newsletter ready to send three subject lines and the full email.
- Sounds like you built from your real posts, stories and offers.
How it works
What lands in your Claude chat
- Slide 1A hook lifted from the strongest line in your reel.
- Slides 2 to 6One idea per slide, in your words, short enough to read on a phone.
- Slide 7A call to action tied to the goal you picked, using only offers you really sell.
- Or a newsletterThree subject lines, the full email and which part of your list it's for.
Sample report, for illustration.
What you get
- Your brand brainA written profile of your voice, offers, stories and opinions, built from your real content.
- Carousel skillReel to slide by slide carousel text, shaped by the goal you pick.
- Newsletter skillPost to a full newsletter draft, plus ideas for which posts would make good emails.
- Reel link intakePaste the link, it fetches the words. No transcripts to hunt down.
- Plain English guideSet it up once, use it every week, and what to do if something looks off.
- Walkthrough videoMe installing it and running a real reel through it.
- Fixes and updates includedIf a draft misses your voice or something breaks, I fix it, for as long as you're on the monthly plan.
Who it's for
Creators and coaches who already post short form video and have a newsletter or carousels they keep meaning to do. It works best when you have a real body of content for it to learn your voice from.
- It fits if you post reels every week.
- It fits if you have an email list or post carousels, or want to.
- It fits if you or an assistant already use Claude, or are happy to start.
- It fits if you want drafts you approve, not a bot posting for you.
It's not for you if you want everything posted automatically without looking at it.
Already running
- 2 businesses running it
- 100k views on one reel cut from a sales call
- 0 posts go out without your OK
A creator and coach runs the carousel and newsletter skills in her own Claude account, benchmarked against carousels she had already posted. I run the call to reel side on my own sales calls.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me looking after it, with fixes and updates to your skills included. On top of that, it runs inside your own Claude account, so you need a Claude plan, plus a small scraper account that fetches the words from a reel for about 3 cents each. Both bill to you directly.
How long does setup take?
14 days. Most of that is building your brand brain properly, because that's what makes it sound like you.
What do you need from me?
Access to your posts, a handful of past newsletters or carousels you're proud of, your list of offers, and a Claude account. I send a short intake form for the rest.
Can it turn my calls into reels too?
That's a separate piece I run on my own sales calls. It finds the best moment, cuts it vertical and captions it, and one of those reels hit about 100k views. Ask me about adding it on your call.
Does it post for me?
No, on purpose. It hands you text to copy. You stay in control of what goes out.
