I'll tell you exactly what to build, and when.
Most people who want AI in their business are not short on ideas. They are short on direction, and they spend six months finding out which ideas were the wrong ones. This is me on a call with you, building the plan, then keeping you moving on it. You do the building. I make sure you are building the right thing, in the right order.
- From $300
- Every call recorded
- Written plan after
- Cancel any month
Guessing is the expensive part
The tools are cheap now and the tutorials are free. What costs you is the months spent building the wrong thing first.
You start in the wrong place
Most people automate whatever annoys them the most, not whatever costs them the most. Both feel productive on a Sunday afternoon. Only one of them pays you back.
The right tool changes every few months
Half of what everyone recommended in January is deprecated by summer. Keeping current on it is a full time job, and you already have one of those.
You end up building it twice
Wrong tool, wrong order, no thought about where the data was going to live. It holds together for a month, then you rebuild the whole thing properly anyway.
Nothing holds you to it
There's no deadline on your own project, so it slides behind the client work every single week. Month three looks a lot like month one.
You talk, I plan, then you go build
Nothing complicated. The value is in what gets decided on the call and what gets written down after it.
We get on a call
Sixty minutes. Where the money comes from, where the week goes, what you've already tried. I ask a lot of questions and it's recorded, so you're not sitting there taking notes.
You get a build order
Written up and sent after: what to build first, what comes after it, which tool for each piece, and what to leave alone completely. Ranked by payback, not by how fun it is.
You build, I keep you honest
On the monthly we do this every week. You bring what shipped and what's stuck, I unstick it, we set the next week's target before you hang up.
A plan specific enough to build from
Not "consider exploring an automation platform." Named tools, real prices, and an order to do them in.
The build order
First, second, third, ranked by what each one pays back against what it costs you to build. Most plans die because every item on them looks equally urgent.
The exact stack
The specific tool for each piece, what it runs you a month, and how the pieces talk to each other. Same decisions I make when a client is paying me to build it.
The written plan
Sent after every call, in plain English. Specific enough that you could hand it to a freelancer or a VA and have them build from it without calling you twice a day.
What not to build
Usually the more valuable half of the call. The ideas that sound great out loud and quietly cost more to run than they ever give back.
The recording
Every call recorded and sent to you. Go back to it when you're halfway through the build and can't remember what we decided about the CRM.
A deadline that isn't yours
On the monthly there's a call every week where you say out loud what you shipped. That one thing changes what actually gets shipped, more than any tool recommendation does.
Pick how much momentum you need
One call gets you a plan. The monthly gets you the plan plus someone expecting an answer from you every week, which is a different thing entirely.
The Strategy Call
One call, one plan, no strings.
Sixty minutes with me, recorded, with your written build order sent through afterwards.
- 60 minutes, one on one, recorded and sent to you
- A written build order after the call: what to build, in what order, with the tools named
- What each tool costs a month and roughly how long it takes to set up
- The list of things not to build, and the reason for each
- Your full $300 credited toward month one if you go monthly within 30 days
The Build Partner
A call every week until the thing is actually running.
Four calls a month, one a week, plus async in between. That's the same as buying the four calls one at a time, except the async, the reviews, and the build order that stays current come with it.
- Four 60 minute calls a month, one every week, all recorded
- A build order that stays current, updated after every call instead of written once and forgotten
- Async between calls: send a screenshot, a Loom, or a workflow that broke and get an answer the same working day
- I look over what you built before it goes live, so you find the problem instead of your customers finding it
- The whole business looked at as one system, not a pile of separate automations that don't know about each other
- No contract, cancel any month
Paid up front, month to month, no contract either way. Calls run on Zoom and get recorded. I keep the number of monthly spots small on purpose, because same day async is only worth paying for if I can actually answer the same day.
Owners who need aim, not hands
This works best for a fairly specific person, so here's who that is before you spend anything.
You already know AI belongs in your business
You've watched the videos and you have a list. You just don't know which line on it to start with, and every article you read says a different one.
You or someone on your team can build
Nobody here is scared of n8n, Make, or a Zapier that has grown teeth. You have the hands. What you're missing is which direction to point them.
The done for you price is out of reach right now
Several thousand dollars for a build is a real number and it's fine to say it's too much today. This is the version where you keep the money and spend the time instead.
You know you need a deadline
Left completely alone the project slides, every time. You want someone on the other end expecting an answer on Tuesday.
Who it's not for: if you want the thing built and handed to you finished, this is the wrong page. That's the agency, and it costs what it costs because we do the work. And if you've never opened an automation tool and have no intention of starting, a plan won't help you either. Book the free AI Audit instead and I'll point you at off the shelf tools that need no building at all.
I'm telling you what I'd do because I'm doing it
This isn't advice from someone who read about AI last month. The recommendations come out of shipping this work for businesses that paid for it.
- 14 Systems shipped and running in real businesses
- 8 Industries built inside, from ecommerce to healthcare
- Aug 2025 First system sold, still running today
The things people ask first
How is this different from the free AI Audit?
The audit is me finding the hours you're losing and matching them to tools that already exist, which is genuinely useful and genuinely free. This is the next thing. Custom systems, the order to build them in, and a person on the other end while you build. The audit finds the problems. This is where we work out what you're going to do about the ones no off the shelf tool solves.
What if I decide I want you to build it after all?
Then we scope it and price it like any other project, and nothing you've spent here is wasted, because we already did the thinking. Plenty of people start here to get moving and hand over one piece later once they've seen what's involved. There's no pressure either direction, you're already paying me for the honest answer.
Do I need to be technical?
You need to be willing to build, or have someone who will. This is do it with you, not do it for you, so somebody has to be in the tools. You don't need to be an engineer. Most of what I recommend is drag and drop with a bit of stubbornness attached.
What does async actually mean between calls?
Send me a screenshot, a Loom, a workflow that's throwing an error, or a "should I use this tool or that one" question, and you get a real answer the same working day. It's not a support desk and I'm not on call at 2am, it's a direct line to me on weekdays so you're never blocked for five days waiting on the next call.
Can I just do one call and stop?
Yes, and a lot of people should. If you're disciplined and you only needed the direction, one call and the written plan is the whole job. The monthly exists for people who know the plan isn't their problem, following it is.
What happens if I miss a week?
Life happens, we move it. Calls don't roll over indefinitely though, because the point of weekly is weekly. If you find yourself banking three calls to use later, you don't need the monthly, you need another single call in a couple of months.
Let's get you building the right thing.
Pick the one call or the monthly, and we'll have a plan in your hands this week instead of six months from now.
- Recorded calls
- Written plan after each one
- Refunded if it's not clearer
- Cancel any month
