You shouldn't have to dig for your own numbers
Most agency owners start the day clicking through the same platforms, one client at a time, copying numbers into a sheet that's out of date by lunch.
Without it
- Ten tabs every morning Log in, pick a client, pick a date, write it down, repeat.
- No agency view You know how each client did, but not how the agency did.
- Reports built by hand Someone spends Monday making a report for every client.
- Problems spotted late A client's numbers slide for two weeks before anyone notices.
With it
- One screen Every client stacked in one view, and one click to see a single client.
- Ready before you wake up The numbers refresh on their own every morning.
- Reports that send themselves Every client gets their own report on a set day, no one builds it.
- Changes you can see Every number shows how it moved against the period before.
How it works
What lands on your dashboard
- RevenueAgency total and your share, with the change against last week.
- Per clientEvery client ranked, so the ones sliding are obvious.
- GrowthNew customers or subscribers per client, and who's spending.
- TrendYesterday, last 7 days and last 30 days, one click apart.
- ReportsThis week's client reports, sent, with a button to make one on demand.
Sample report, for illustration.
What you get

- Connected to your toolsRead only connections to the platforms your numbers live in.
- Daily refreshRuns on its own every morning, with a health check that flags a failed pull.
- Weekly client reportsA report per client, sent automatically, plus make one any time.
- A plain English guideWhat each number means and where it comes from.
- A walkthrough videoEvery screen explained with your real data.
- Hosted and watched by usIt runs on our servers, backed up, and I fix it when a platform changes.
Who it's for
Agencies that manage a roster of clients or talent and report on them every week. Marketing agencies, creator management agencies, service agencies with recurring clients.
- It fits if you or your team check the same numbers across several platforms every day.
- It fits if you send clients a regular report and it's made by hand.
- It fits if you manage five or more clients or creators.
- It fits if the platforms you use let you connect to your data.
It's not for you if all your numbers already live in one tool with a dashboard you like, or your platforms don't allow any data access.
Already running
- 2 agencies running it, mine included
- 6am refresh, every day
- 11 client reports sent every week
The first install was for a creator management agency. Every creator's numbers on one screen each morning, and every creator gets her own weekly report without anyone on the team making it.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me hosting it, keeping it running, and fixing breaks when a platform changes. The platforms you already pay for stay the same.
How long does setup take?
About 14 days, mostly getting access to your data and agreeing on what each number should mean.
What do you need from me?
Read access to the platforms your numbers live in, a list of your clients, which numbers matter most to you, and where you want the weekly reports to go.
Can my clients see it?
The main dashboard is password protected and just for your team. Clients get their own report, not access to everyone else's numbers.
What if a platform changes something?
It happens. One platform we connect to tightened its data limits and a refresh failed, so every install has a health check that flags a failed pull. Keeping it patched is part of the monthly fee.
