Your best leads are already in your list
Every business has a pile of people who bought once, or almost bought, and then went quiet. Getting a new lead costs money. Getting one of these back costs a good message.
Without it
- One blast to everyone The same promo goes to a past customer and a two year old cold lead.
- Pitching people who forgot you A list that hasn't heard from you in a year gets asked for money on the first email.
- Replies nobody answers Someone texts back "what's this?" and it sits there for two days.
- Deleting dead contacts You clean the list to save on software and lose the history with it.
With it
- A message per group Past buyers, never bought, and how long they've been gone, each get their own angle.
- An offer worth reopening A new promise built on how people actually decide to buy, not a discount.
- Question first, pitch later The first text asks something. Replies come in before any offer does.
- A clean list, nothing lost Dead contacts get parked so you stop paying for them, never deleted.
How it works
What lands in your inbox
- Your segmentsHow many past buyers, how many never bought, and how warm each group still is.
- The offerWhat each group gets, why it beats the last thing you sent them, and the one limit that makes it urgent.
- Every messageThe full text and email sequence, written out, for you to read and change.
- The scheduleWhich group goes first, and when each wave sends.
- Your goNothing sends until you've read it and said yes.
Sample report, for illustration.

- A reply assistantAnswers questions from your own material and hands off anyone ready to buy.
- Safety switchesOpt-outs honoured, quiet hours respected, and a send gate that waits for your yes.
- A plain English guideWhat goes out, when, and how to pause it.
- A walkthrough videoThe whole campaign shown on a test contact before launch.
Who it's for
Businesses with a list they've stopped talking to. Studios, coaches, ecommerce brands, clinics, anyone with past customers or old leads sitting in a CRM or email tool.
- It fits if you have at least a thousand past customers or leads.
- It fits if your last promo to the list did nothing and you're not sure why.
- It fits if you have something to bring people back to: a membership, a program, a product line.
- It fits if you'd rather sell to people who know you than pay for new ones.
It's not for you if your list is brand new, or you don't have permission to message the people on it.
Already running
- 3 businesses it's built for
- 60,000+ contacts on the biggest list
- 0 messages sent without the owner's yes
Built for a yoga studio's dormant member base, a music coaching business with years of old leads, and an ecommerce brand's email list. Every campaign ships with a send gate, so the owner reads every message before a single one goes out.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me running the reply assistant and looking after it. On top of that, your email and texting tools bill you directly, based on how many people you message.
How long does setup take?
About 14 days from getting your list to having the campaign ready for your go. Texting numbers can need a few extra days for carrier approval, so we start that on day one.
What do you need from me?
An export of your customers and leads, access to your email tool and CRM, and one call about your offers. If you want to text, your legal business name and EIN for the carrier registration.
Can I text people on my list?
Only if they gave you permission. We check where every contact came from before anything sends, and people without it get email only.
Will this annoy my list?
The first message asks a question instead of selling, every text carries an opt-out, and each person gets a handful of messages at most. People who reply stop getting the sequence and get a real answer instead.
