You pay for ads you never check
Google Ads is built for people who live inside it. Most owners log in once a month, if that, while bad keywords, junk searches and campaigns that stopped working quietly eat the budget.
Without it
- Logging in to find out Answers are buried in a dashboard you avoid.
- Wasted spend nobody sees Searches that never convert keep costing money.
- Losers keep running Keywords and campaigns that stopped paying off stay on for weeks.
- No record Nobody remembers what was changed, or when.
With it
- Just ask "How did my ads do this week?" gets a straight answer with real numbers.
- Waste gets flagged The worst keywords and junk searches, with what to do about each.
- Fixes come to you Negatives to add, losers to pause, budgets and bids to move, all ready for a yes.
- Every change logged Ask for the list any time, or undo the last one.
How it works
What lands in your channel
- CampaignsSpend, sign ups and cost per sign up for each one, and what moved since last week.
- Worst keywordsThe ones spending the most for the least, with a fix for each.
- Junk searchesWhat people typed that cost money and got nothing, plus the exact words to block.
- Best keywordsThe ones bringing sign ups in cheapest, so you know where more budget should go.
- What I'd do nextOne to three changes, ready for your yes.
Sample report, for illustration.
What it can manage for you

Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me hosting it, keeping it running and fixing anything that breaks. On top of that, the AI usage it runs on bills to your own Anthropic account.
How long does setup take?
About 14 days, from access to your first report landing in your channel.
What do I need from you?
Admin access to your Google Ads account, your Slack or Discord, an Anthropic account with credit on it, and the names of the people allowed to approve changes.
Can it break my account?
It can't change anything on its own. Every change comes back as a plan first, and it only runs after one of your approvers says yes. Every change is logged, and it warns you before anything that can't be undone.
Does it replace an ads manager?
It does the day to day of one. It watches the numbers, finds the waste, and makes the changes you approve. The big calls, like your offer and how much to spend overall, are still yours, or mine if you want them to be.
