Bought lists are old, and building your own takes forever
A bought list is half dead emails and businesses that closed last year. Building one by hand means hours of copying names out of Google Maps and guessing at email addresses.
Without it
- Stale bought lists Emails that bounce and businesses that don't exist anymore.
- Hours of copy and paste Someone clicks through Maps one listing at a time.
- Guessed emails info@ addresses nobody reads, or worse, typos that bounce.
- The same people twice No way to tell who's already on your list.
With it
- Fresh every time Pulled live from Google Maps or X the day you run it.
- Minutes, not days Type in what you're looking for and where, and it does the digging.
- Checked addresses Every email is verified, and the risky ones are kept apart.
- No repeats Anyone already in your sheet or CRM gets skipped.
How it works
What lands in your sheet
- Found212 med spas on Google Maps across three cities.
- Contact foundAn owner or manager email for 131 of them.
- Verified118 safe to email, 9 risky set aside, 4 bad ones removed.
- Skipped23 already in your CRM, so nobody hears from you twice.
- DeliveredName, website, phone, rating, reviews and socials in one row per business.
Sample report, for illustration.

Who it's for
Businesses that already know who they sell to and need a steady supply of real people to reach. You run the outreach yourself, or you already have someone who does. If you want the emails sent for you too, that's the Cold Email Machine.
- It fits if you can name the type of business and the areas you serve.
- It fits if your buyers show up on Google Maps, or they hang out on X.
- It fits if you already have a way to reach out, like email, calls or DMs.
- It fits if your team wastes hours building lists by hand.
It's not for you if you sell to consumers one at a time. This finds businesses and accounts, not shoppers.
Already running
- 489,636 X accounts sorted for a trading community
- 2,788 real influencers found in that list
- 0.14% bounce rate on a verified list
A crypto trading community used it to map every account their network follows on X and sort out the real influencers from the companies and news pages. An energy broker used a verified list for his first cold email campaign and barely a single address bounced.
Questions
What does it cost to run each month?
The monthly fee covers me running it and looking after it. On top of that, the scraping, the email lookups and the verification bill to your own accounts, only for what you use, usually a couple of dollars per hundred leads.
How long does setup take?
About 7 days, including your first list.
What do I need from you?
Who you sell to, the areas you serve, where you want the list to land (a Google Sheet or your CRM), and logins for the accounts it runs on. I send a short form for the rest.
Does it send emails for me?
No. This one finds and checks the leads, and you decide how to reach them. If you want the sending done too, the Cold Email Machine includes all of this plus the campaign.
Is scraping this allowed?
It only collects public business listings and public profiles, the same info anyone can see by searching. How you contact those people is on you, so follow the email rules where you sell.
