Paste this into Claude Code. It installs the skill, sets up the tools and connects your Fathom.
Install the callback skill from https://github.com/ezjonline/ezj-automations/tree/main/skills/callback into my Claude Code skills directory. Clone https://github.com/ezjonline/ezj-automations, copy the skills/callback folder to ~/.claude/skills/callback, then follow the Setup section in its SKILL.md: install ffmpeg, yt-dlp, Pillow and whisper if I don't have them, walk me through getting my Fathom API key, and confirm it works by listing my last 14 days of calls.- Claude Code

Why call reels hit different
A scripted reel is you telling people it works. A call reel is somebody finding out it works, live, on camera. People watch the guest's face, not the demo, so the reaction is the content.
- Cold open. Opens on the most arresting line in the window, from anyone on the call, then cuts back to where it started.
- Reaction on screen. You on top, your guest on the bottom, or your screen share in the middle when you're showing something.
- Stickers that narrate. White boxes every few seconds, like "Wait for their reaction" and "It just clicked", so viewers stay for the payoff.
- Built to loop. Ends right before the cold open, so the replay runs straight back into it.
