The call is over. The proposal is already written.

From transcript to proposal

It reads the call, not your notes about the call. Every quote on the finished page is theirs, checked against the speaker tags, and every number traces back to something that was actually said.

01 Drop in the transcript It pulls the real quotes, the numbers they stated, and what a past agency got wrong for them.
02 It shapes the offer The dream outcome, the reframe in their own words, whether this needs a guarantee, and what gets pushed to a later phase.
03 You lock the price It comes back with a recommendation on scope and tiers. You correct it. Nothing gets priced until you say the number.
04 You get the page One HTML file with their quotes, your prices and the payment buttons left as placeholders for you to wire.

What lands on the page

  1. A hero band with four numbers. Taken from the call, each one drawn as a ring, a meter, a stair or a row of pips, so the band reads as a picture and not a stat line.
  2. Proof before price. A real finding about their business, up top, before the page asks them for anything.
  3. Two diagrams, built by hand. Where they are stuck today with the bottleneck called out, then the system that clears it. Inline SVG, no image files to lose.
  4. A 90 day roadmap. One card a month, each one carrying a quote from the call, attributed by first name and date.
  5. Anchor and recommended pricing. Two cards side by side, monthly or upfront, with third party tool costs kept in their own row so they never read as your fee.
  6. A guarantee and plain terms. The fear they named on the call, answered in writing, and every price repeated exactly.

  • 4 numbers in the hero band
  • 0 prices it invents

Make it yours

The template ships in EZJ Online's branding: true black, my orange, Montserrat for headings and Figtree for body. That is the first thing you should change. Every colour and font lives in one :root block at the top of the file, so a full rebrand is that block, the fonts link, and your logo in the bar. The swap is written out token by token, with a worked example of a second brand, in assets/ezj_template_pattern.md section 11.

  • Your two coloursThe dark and the accent that actually carry your brand.
  • Your two fontsOne for headings, one for body. Free substitutes are fine if yours are licensed.
  • Your logoEmbedded in the page as one line, so the file still stands on its own.

What it will not do

It will not invent a price, soften one, or put a number on the page you did not confirm. It will not create a payment link, publish the page, or send anything to the prospect. You get a file and a handoff note listing every price on it. What happens next is your call.

Try it with

example-prompt.txt
Build the proposal from the call transcript in this folder. Two tiers, and ask me what to price them before you write a word of the page.

P.S. It ships in my black and orange. Every colour and font is one block at the top of the file, so making it yours takes about two minutes.
