Install Anthropic's skill-creator skill from https://github.com/anthropics/skills (the skills/skill-creator folder). Clone the repo to a temp folder, copy skills/skill-creator to ~/.claude/skills/skill-creator, confirm SKILL.md is there, then delete the temp clone.
